Motodorm Langkawi Hostel - Kuah

The owner, Abg Moh, was not only friendly but also hilarious to chat with. He were really good too accommodate my early morning departure, even making breakfast earlier so I could enjoy it. The hostel had such a great vibe and felt cozy and chill. I would definitely stay here again!

One drawback was the lack of privacy in the dorm room due to the absence of curtains. the noise from the common area could be a bit disruptive at night.

As a backpacker, Motodorm Langkawi was exactly what I was looking for. The hotel matched the pictures perfectly and had a well-organized furniture layout. The lower bunk beds had mosquito nets and the kitchen was available for use. I loved that they had a water filter for refilling water bottles for free. Moh, the host, was incredibly caring and treated us like his own kids. He went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and even offered unexpected extras. The hostel was super clean and hygienic, with fingerprint access for added security. it was a calm and peaceful stay, fully recommended!

Can just recommend this hotel.

At Motodorm Langkawi, we got great value for our money with a cozy and clean room that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety or options to choose from.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the beds. The room and amenities were well-maintained, allowing for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. the friendly and accommodating host provided helpful recommendations and advice, making me feel welcomed and taken care of. the option to rent bikes allowed me to easily explore the surrounding area and take in the beautiful sights of the island.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a few drawbacks to note. The checking process could be improved, as there was no receptionist and it required making a phone call to gain access to the hostel.

Mind-blowing decor, safe fingerprint access, super clean and hygienic, comfortable beds with mosquito nets, great bathrooms with hot and cold showers, good coffee.

Motorcycle repair shop theme, fans to cool, clean toilet and shower, strong beds with personal fans, good place to meet other travelers, friendly staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation. The beds were comfortable, and the room and amenities were always kept clean. The owner was friendly and accommodating, always ready to chat and provide recommendations and advice. The hotel facilities were well-organized, and the furniture layout was great. The owner even provided a hanging fan, ensuring a comfortable stay. for Muslim guests, a prayer mat was provided. The location was ideal, with a cool night weather and no need for a fan. There was also an extra split dormitory for female guests. a 5-star experience!
